In my early 30s, I discovered I could swim a mile with ease after learning to practice technique over endurance. That eye-opening experience prompted me to search for an analogous approach to living. Through the Humaning Well approach, I have learned to re-enchant moments of life previously lost to survival mode and autopilot. Now, well-established in my own practice, I am committed to calling those around me to the possibility of living fully alive.
The Humaning Well approach is designed to re-center the person in his own healing process. Originally codified by Bob Duggan, founder of the Tai Sophia Institute, the skills were taught as a cornerstone of healing to hundreds of practitioners of holistic medicine. Now, the wisdom of the treatment room is within reach wherever you are, serving as the stepping stone to presence, clarity, and compassion.
