By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Emoji Mural provides users with access to emojis, stickers, GIFs, wallpapers, and creative tools.
Depending on the version of the App, you may be able to:
Browse emojis;
Browse stickers;
Browse GIFs;
Browse wallpapers;
Download content;
Save content;
Share content;
Create custom emoji wallpapers;
Upload your own images;
Apply different wallpaper layouts.
Features may be modified, added, or removed from time to time.
Emoji Mural includes or provides access to content supplied by third-party services and open-source projects.

Third-party content is not necessarily owned by Emoji Mural.
The applicable rights, licenses, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.
Wallpaper content provided through Pixabay is subject to the Pixabay Content License.
Pixabay's current license generally permits free use and modification, but prohibits certain uses, including distributing content on a standalone basis in substantially unchanged form. Additional rights may also apply to particular images, including trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their intended use of downloaded or shared content complies with the applicable license and other rights.
GIF and sticker content provided through the GIPHY API is subject to GIPHY's applicable terms and policies.
Emoji Mural will follow GIPHY's API integration requirements, including required attribution.
"Powered By GIPHY" attribution will be displayed where required by GIPHY.
GIPHY also imposes technical requirements concerning the handling, loading, caching, and display of its media. Emoji Mural will follow those requirements when integrating GIPHY content.
Emoji assets used by Emoji Mural may be derived from Google's Noto Emoji project.
Noto Emoji is an open-source project distributed under multiple applicable open-source licenses depending on the specific asset.
The Noto Emoji repository states that its emoji fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, while tools and most image resources are licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
Emoji Mural does not claim ownership of the underlying Noto Emoji assets.
Emoji Mural may allow users to upload their own images, emojis, stickers, or other materials.
You retain ownership of content that you create or upload.
By using such content within the App, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use it.
You must not upload or use content that:
Infringes copyright;
Infringes trademarks;
Violates another person's privacy;
Violates applicable laws;
Contains unlawful material;
Violates the rights of another person or organization.
You are responsible for the content you upload and create.
Downloading content through Emoji Mural does not necessarily transfer ownership of that content to you.
Third-party content may be subject to additional restrictions.
You must not use third-party content in a manner that violates the applicable license or the rights of the content owner.
In particular, you should not assume that content available through Emoji Mural can be independently resold, redistributed, or used commercially simply because it can be downloaded through the App.
Emoji Mural may allow users to combine emojis, stickers, images, colors, and layouts to create custom wallpapers.
The resulting wallpaper may contain third-party materials.
Creating a customized wallpaper does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying third-party materials.
Emoji Mural's software, branding, interface design, logos, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Emoji Mural.
Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of third-party content.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes;
Infringe intellectual property rights;
Abuse third-party APIs;
Scrape or systematically extract content;
Circumvent API restrictions;
Redistribute third-party content in violation of applicable licenses;
Remove required attribution;
Interfere with the operation of the App;
Attempt unauthorized access to the App or its services.
Emoji Mural depends on certain third-party services.
If a third-party provider changes, limits, suspends, or terminates its service, certain features or content may become unavailable.
Emoji Mural does not guarantee the continuous availability of third-party content.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
All content will always be available;
Third-party content will remain available;
Third-party APIs will remain operational;
The App will always be error-free;
Downloaded or shared content will be suitable for every intended use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emoji Mural shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or third-party content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Emoji Mural at any time.
We may also change the third-party content providers used by the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be identified by the "Last Updated" date.
