Emoji Fusion
Last updated: March 20, 2026
Effective date: March 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Emoji Fusion (the “Game”) handles information when you play. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy is written in plain language so you can understand exactly what happens with your data.
Emoji Fusion is developed and published by an individual independent developer. This game is not operated by a company or organization. If you have any questions about this privacy policy or your data, you can contact us at the email address provided in the Contact section at the bottom of this document.
Emoji Fusion does not require an account, login, or registration of any kind. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information that would identify you as an individual.
Specifically, we do not collect or store:
• Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
• Your location or GPS data
• Your photos, camera, or microphone data
• Your contacts or social network connections
• Your payment information (the game is free with optional ad viewing)
• Your account credentials of any kind
• Any data that directly identifies you as a specific person
The game saves the following data directly on your device (not on any server we control). This data never leaves your device except as described in sections 4 and 5 below:
• Your puzzle progress — which puzzles you have solved and your star ratings
• Which content packs are unlocked
• Your in-game settings — sound on/off, haptics on/off
• Your selected language
• Your total lifetime stars and puzzles solved
This data is stored in a local save file on your device at the standard Android app data location. It is not transmitted to us. If you uninstall the game, this data is deleted.
Emoji Fusion displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob is a service operated by Google LLC. To serve relevant ads and measure their performance, AdMob may collect and process certain information from your device.
• Your device’s Advertising ID (a resettable identifier assigned by Android)
• Approximate location based on IP address
• Device type, operating system, and language
• App usage information for ad targeting and frequency capping
• Information about ad interactions (views, clicks)
Google AdMob uses this information to show you ads that are more relevant to your interests, to limit how often you see the same ad, to measure whether ads are working, and to detect invalid traffic and fraud.
• You can reset your Advertising ID at any time in your Android device settings under Privacy → Ads.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Android device settings under Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
• If you opt out, you will still see ads but they will not be personalized to your interests.

Emoji Fusion uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the game. This helps us improve gameplay, fix issues, and make better design decisions. Firebase Analytics is a service operated by Google LLC.
• App events — for example, when a puzzle is started, completed, or failed
• Session information — how long you play and how often you open the game
• Device information — device model, operating system version, screen resolution
• Approximate country or region based on IP address (not precise location)
• A random analytics instance ID assigned to your app installation (not linked to your identity)
• Your name, email, or any personally identifying information
• Your precise GPS location
• Any data you type into the game
We use aggregated analytics data to understand which packs and puzzles are most popular, where players get stuck, how often hints are used, and how the game performs on different devices. We use this to improve future updates. We do not use this data to target you with ads — that is handled separately by AdMob.
Firebase Analytics retains event data for 14 months by default. After that period, data is automatically deleted by Google. You can view Firebase’s data retention settings at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Emoji Fusion is a general audience game suitable for all ages. The game does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country).
Because we do not collect personal information directly, and because AdMob can be configured for child-directed treatment, we have taken the following measures:
• The game does not include any social features, chat, or user-generated content
• The game does not require or request any personal information from any user
• If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through this game, please contact us immediately using the contact details in Section 10 and we will take appropriate action
If your app is specifically directed at children under 13, you should configure AdMob’s child-directed setting. Please consult Google’s guidance at https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6223431 for instructions.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only third-party services that receive any data from your use of this game are Google AdMob and Google Firebase Analytics, as described in Sections 4 and 5 above. Both services are operated by Google LLC and are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, or protect the personal safety of users of the game or the public.
Since we do not collect or store personal data on our own servers, the security risk to your personal information from our side is minimal. Your in-game progress is stored locally on your device and is protected by your device’s own security features.
For data processed by Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics, Google maintains industry-standard security practices. You can learn more at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Depending on your country of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your data. Since we do not maintain a database of personal information, most of these rights are exercised directly with Google (for AdMob and Firebase data) rather than with us.
• Right to access — You can request information about what data is held about you
• Right to deletion — You can request deletion of your data
• Right to opt out — You can opt out of personalized advertising via Android settings
• Right to data portability — You can request a copy of your data
• For AdMob and Firebase data: visit https://myaccount.google.com to manage your Google account data, or use Google’s data deletion tools at https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/3024190
• To reset your Advertising ID: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID
• To delete local game data: uninstall the game from your device
• To contact us directly: use the contact details in Section 10
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent legislation, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. The legal basis for processing data through AdMob and Firebase is your consent (which you provide by downloading and playing the game) and our legitimate interest in understanding how the game is used to improve it.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information. You have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion. Since we do not collect personal information directly, any CCPA requests regarding AdMob or Firebase data should be directed to Google.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. If the changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as through a notice in the game or on the Google Play store listing.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact us:
