2. Information we obtain when you use the service
When you use the Emoji Jelly network service or visit the Emoji Jelly platform web page, we will receive and record information on your browser and device, which is used to identify user identity, record system failures and analyze the causes of system failures, analyze user behavior, monitor advertising, conduct internal audits, data analysis, and research, so as to promote the improvement and optimization of our products and services.
(1) Unique identification codes and device information: Your device manufacturer, device model, device language, device name, application list information, hardware serial number, operating system and application version and type, language settings, resolution, IP address, GPS location, system platform, system version, application package name and version, application foreground/background time, independent device identifier, iOS advertising identifier (IDFA), network card (MAC) address, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), Anonymous Device Identifier (OAID), International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) base station information, sensor information, Bluetooth information, WIFI status information, CPU information, memory information, device information, battery usage, network access method and type, status, network quality data, operation log information, application software list information;
(2) Location information: When you use location-related services, we may record the location information of your device in order to provide you with relevant services. When you use the service, we may obtain your geographic location information through IP address, GPS, WLAN, or base station. If we obtain precise location information, we will de-identify and roughen it before storing it;
(3) Order data relating to your use of Emoji Jelly services, querying paid and pending order records;
(4) Behavioral usage data relating to your use of Emoji Jelly services, clicked web pages, visited websites and content areas, advertising data, activity date and time.
3. Information related to you provided by third parties
We may obtain users' personal information from business partners through legal channels, and information shared by other Emoji Jelly users during their use of our products may also contain your information. For example, we may obtain the account information (avatar, nickname, region) you authorize to share from third parties such as WeChat/QQ/Alipay/Apple, and bind your third-party account with your Emoji Jelly account after you agree to this Privacy Policy, so that you can log in directly and use our products and/or services through the third-party account. We will use this personal information in accordance with agreements with third parties, after confirming the legality of the source of personal information, and under the premise of complying with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Exceptions to authorized consent
You should be aware that in the following situations, we do not need to obtain your authorized consent to collect and use personal information:

(2) Related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
(3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(4) For the purpose of safeguarding the significant legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person;
(5) The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by the personal information subject themselves;

Use for the purpose of providing services to you: We will use the collected personal information to realize the functions of our products and/or services when you register an Emoji Jelly account, voluntarily choose the Emoji Jelly accounting service / Emoji Jelly asset account service, or under other agreed circumstances of this Privacy Policy. After collecting your personal information, we will de-identify the data through technical means, and the de-identified information will not be able to identify the subject. Please understand and agree that in this case, we have the right to use the de-identified information; and on the premise of not disclosing your personal information, we may analyze the user database and utilize it commercially.
Use for the purpose of customer surveys or contacting you regarding orders: We may collect the information you proactively provide to us when participating in product/service surveys, as well as relevant information provided when you interact with our affiliates and partners, so that you can track order status, initiate user complaints, and we can optimize the quality and process of customer service.
Use for the purpose of network security assurance and APP functions: To improve the security of your use of the services we provide, and to more accurately prevent phishing website fraud and Trojan viruses, we may use or integrate your personal information and the information shared by our affiliates and partners with your authorization or in accordance with the law, to comprehensively judge your account and transaction risks based on your usage habits and common software information, including verifying identity, preventing, discovering, and investigating potential fraud, network viruses, network attacks, and other security risks, as well as behaviors that violate the agreements, policies, or rules of us or our affiliates, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you, other users, us, or our affiliates, and record some links ("URLs") that we consider risky.

1. Sharing: We strictly restrict the sharing of information in accordance with laws and regulations. In principle, we will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual outside of Emoji Jelly, except in the following situations:
