This DMCA Policy explains how copyright and intellectual property complaints relating to Emoji Battery Icon Custom (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are handled.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect all content used in the App to comply with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

1. App Content

Emoji Battery Icon Custom is an Android personalization application that may include or display visual content such as:

• Battery icon designs;

• Emoji-style graphics;

• Stickers;

• Decorative elements;

• Fonts;

• Backgrounds; and

• Other digital or visual assets.

2. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you are a copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner and believe that any content available in Emoji Battery Icon Custom infringes your copyright, you may submit a written copyright infringement notice.

4. Review of Copyright Complaints

After receiving a sufficiently complete copyright notice, we may:

• Temporarily disable or restrict access to the content;

• Remove or replace the content;

• Contact the content provider, designer, licensor, or other relevant party;

Where applicable, the counter-notification may be forwarded to the person who submitted the original complaint.

The disputed content may be restored if permitted by law and if the original complainant does not provide notice of legal action within the applicable period.

6. Repeat Infringement

Emoji Battery Icon Custom does not currently provide a public feature that allows users to upload or publish content.

However, if the App obtains content from third-party designers, licensors, content providers, or external sources, we may terminate relationships with parties that repeatedly provide infringing material.

If a future version of the App introduces user-generated content, we may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly submit infringing content.

We may also introduce additional reporting, moderation, and takedown procedures if user-generated content is added in the future.

7. Trademark and Other Intellectual Property Complaints

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act primarily concerns copyright.

9. Fonts, Icons, and Licensed Assets

The use of an asset under a license does not mean that the asset is in the public domain.

Users and third parties must not extract, copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or reuse assets from the App unless permitted by the relevant license or applicable law.

10. False or Misleading Claims

Please do not knowingly submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive copyright complaints.

A person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing, or that content was removed by mistake, may be subject to legal liability under applicable law.

We reserve the right to:

• Reject unsupported complaints;

• Ignore repeated abusive submissions;

• Request additional verification;

• Preserve relevant records;

• Report fraudulent conduct where appropriate; and

• Take other reasonable actions to protect the App and its users.

11. Information Sharing During a Complaint

To investigate a complaint, we may share relevant information from the notice or counter-notification with:

• The person or party responsible for the reported content;

• A designer, licensor, or content provider;

• Legal advisors;

• Service providers assisting with the investigation;

• App distribution platforms;

• Government authorities; or

• Other parties where required by law.

This may include the complainant’s name, contact information, statements, and supporting evidence.

Do not include confidential or unnecessary personal information in a complaint.

12. No User Uploads

Emoji Battery Icon Custom does not currently allow users to publicly upload, publish, or distribute their own icons, images, stickers, or other content through the App.

As a result, copyright complaints will generally relate to content included directly in the App rather than user-generated content.

If this functionality changes, this Policy may be updated accordingly.
