About Me

I am a veteran wife, mother of three boys. I love baking and creating fun and delicious treats. My journey started 13 years ago when I started working at a Gourmet Cookie Manufacturer. I started at the bottom, as a packer, placing baked cookies into containers for the stores.  From there I would sease every oportunity. Our CEO was a true leader and believe in promoting from within. She gave me the oportunity to grow, trained me, and certified me for every position aquired with my hard work. During the 10 years I was in the company, I spent a couple of years as Production Supervisor, a few years a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager and on the last years of my career, as Research and Development Associate, where I was using all my creativity and learned experience to create new products for our customers. During this time I was baking for family and friends at home but in 2018 RubiEmmy's Creations was born as a part time side job/hobby. In 2021 I departed from the company and decided to invest my time into my small business, in 2023 I finally created a separate entity for my baking business as Emmy's Bake Shop & Sweets. I wanted to start my own bakery and make people happy with my creations. I bake everything from scratch and with fresh and good quaility ingredients.
