My Career Path

 I'm Emmett Fouch, what I would like to pursue is either civil engineering, or robotics. most of my family are engineers and I guess that it kind of eventually rubbed off to me. I had realized that this would be good for me when I started to make random things in my room out of scratch. Like my Lego contraption that I had made. the Lego contraption showed me that I had to push through to accomplish my goals. I had failed so much on the project. I tried making it on a box fan, a moving fan, and other things. but I did not give up even after all of those attempts, and look at me now, I get to use it whenever I feel.

I have taken mostly honers classes in Great Mills, and I am going to Dr. James A. Forrest Career and Technologly Center. The Tech Center is what helped me prusue my dream most. In the engineering class. I have learned a lot from this experience, but what has helped me out the most is perserverence, and never to give up on a project.

Back at Great Mills, I play soccer, and I play as the goalkeeper. Because of this, I have to be able to speak up and say to someone when they are off position. Soccer has helped me more become a leader then anything. Back at home, I like making random things that makes everyday life just easier and helped me to be more creative. I want to be able to have a job, but I am not old enough yet to do so.

When I get out of high school, I want to be able to go into collage as soon as possible, so then I can get it over with earlier rather then later. but I am going to be fine if I go into collage a little later. I am not sure what collage yet, but I am thinking about it. I might go into the millitary at some point because I always thought that it was cool. Also because my dad was a marine. right after highschool, I want to try to get a job as soon as possible so then I can earn and save some money for the future.

One of my main goals about me just in general is that I want to be able to change everyday life for the better, and that is why I think that engineering is a good option for me. I know that I will be able to do so, its just that I have to work very hard and be able to underdstand how everyday life is with not just me, but everyone in the world.
