Emmet is a Los Angeles based writer, game designer, & graphic designer. He graduated from UC San Diego in 2023 with a Bachelor's of Arts in Speculative Design – an interdisciplinary major that incorporates visual arts and design principles with various aspects of STEM research, computer science, and emerging technological developments. 

Emmet is planning to find a career in adaptive game design using UI/UX as well as narrative and world building structures to make video games more accessible. He was a recipient of the 2023 UC San Diego Speculative Fiction Writing Award for the short story Noah's Ark. 

He works with the NeuroDiversity in Tech Internship program at UCSD as the program coordinator and a coach. This program creates educational, research based video games and teaches job preparedness skills to neurodiverse adults.
