Joseph B. Quinn Joseph Quinn has devoted his career to forming leaders who serve others with integrity, courage, and compassion. As a coach and organizational consultant, he has worked with a wide range of clients—from family-owned businesses and ESOPs to financial services firms, Special Forces units, and Fortune 25 companies—helping them move from ambiguity to alignment and sustained performance.
Through his firm, Quinn Consulting, Joseph provides leadership coaching and culture consulting with a special heart for faith-based organizations and mission-focused teams. Previously, he held senior roles with Lee Hecht Harrison, where he led major enterprise accounts, helped drive leadership and career initiatives, and was recognized in the President’s Circle and as a Top-Five Account Leader for five consecutive years. He has also served as adjunct faculty at New York University, teaching Business Communications, Executive Coaching, and Career Management, and has partnered with organizations such as Dale Carnegie Associates, Decker Communications, and The Music Paradigm, an innovative symphony-orchestra-based culture-change experience.
Joseph holds an MSW in Social Work with a Group/Organizational focus from New York University, a BBA in International Management from Pace University, and an Executive Coaching Certification from Queens University of Charlotte. His leadership and ministry experience includes long-term service with men’s ministries and retreats, including Emmaus Men’s Ministry, the Manhattan University Businessmen’s Retreat, and Communion of Catholic Coaches, where he helps accompany men in their walk with Christ. In all of his work with Emmaus Journey, Joseph seeks to help disciples listen more deeply to the Lord in Scripture, lead from a place of interior freedom, and build cultures where people can flourish in Christ.
