This is a section is about a healthy diet
and why we should try to eat that way. Although there are a number of different theories about what makes a healthy diet, there are also a few basics that seem to be useful. Eating healthy isn't always easy, but here is some information to consider.
I don’t know how things are at your house, but we are trying to eat healthier these days. The thing is, we do tend to lapse into the old favorites when we are busy or just too tired to think up something to cook. Well, it came to us that we didn’t really want to keep lapsing. In fact, we' d really like to stick to this healthy eating business all the time. I expect that it would be good for our health, and it might make us feel better too.
Happily, there are a few science-based eating fundamentals that allow for this. Apparently, it means eating lots of fruits and vegetables, some lean meat or poultry (and not much of it), Omega 3 fish, and whole grains. That seems fairly straightforward, but I can see that this is going to take some planning.
In addition to healthy food, there are other things that contribute to better living too. We need to drink more water and not eat so many processed foods. I expect we will also have to consider exercise at some point, but in this section, we will be talking about food. Here's hoping that some of these ideas will add more happiness and healthiness to your days.
