An afternoon of pin trading fun, HOLIDAY EDITION! 

Pin trading is a popular hobby where people come together to exchange collectible pins. 

This event focuses on Disney Pins - bringing the tradition of collecting and trading souvenir pins of your favorite characters and attractions from Disney theme parks to Connecticut. 

There is a $5 entry at the door for each guest. Guests 12 or younger get in free. Entrants will have access to our giveaway, opening trading board, games, and pin trading activities. Some of our vendors will also be selling Disney merchandise and handmade creations, perfect for holiday gifts and stockings! 

If you wish to reserve a table in advance, there will be a $40 fee. You can contact thedisneypinventory@gmail.com to reserve a table. If you have any concerns with finance or special needs, please let us know and we will always do our best to accommodate.

Tickets

Tickets are paid at the door on the day of the event. 

$5 cash or $6 venmo per person . 

We can break bills if you don't have exact change. 

Children 12 or younger have free entry, but must be accompanied by an adult.

There are no refunds.

Q: Do you need to reserve a table to attend?

A: Not at all. In fact, the majority of people will not need a table. Tables are mainly for people whose collections are too large to comfortably walk around the space.

Q: Can you only bring Disney pins?

A: While the majority of people will be bringing Disney pins, this event does allow other pins. At our front table there will be a Disney open trading board and a non-Disney one. 

Q: Do I have to stay for the whole time?

A: This event allows you to come and go as you please. If you only want to stay for 10 minutes, great! If you want to stay for the whole time, that's wonderful too! At the door, you will be given a wristband. Simply show it to the staff if you decide to leave and return later. The giveaway winner will be announced at 3:30pm but if you aren't there, we will contact your email provided on the ballot slip.

Q: Can I sell pins at this event?

A: Sales are allowed! The hosts are not responsible for any purchases. All transactions are managed by the individuals.
