I'm a people-person, multifaceted creative, and serial side-quester. I always had an affinity for storytelling and community-building, which drove me to pursue a Bachelor's of Science in Mass Communications at Stony Brook University. While at Stony Brook, I wanted to make sure I could utilize these skills beyond the environment I was comfortable in. Already familiar with high profile events from a long time job at The Paramount, I spent 4 months in Florence, Italy for an experiential learning course in Event Management. There I became obsessed with how arts and entertainment unifies people from all different paths of life. Long story short, from there I fell into Music Journalism, and began to evolve my stories into worlds with Creative Direction. While rolling the ball forward in my music and media career, I also became an independent fundraiser/fundraising marketer for the B+ Foundation while training to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro for their cause, become a certifed Yoga Instructor, and keep myself curious with collage art!
That was a lot of run on sentences... All that really just goes to say I'm always looking for new opportunities to exchange pieces of my world with others' through creative channels, be it written, spoken, or visual.
