RWBY: Grimm Eclipse - Definitive Edition is the Nintendo Switch port of the 2016 game, RWBY: Grimm Eclipse. This version of the game features both online multiplayer and couch co-op play and eight all-new outfits for the RWBY girls.
My team spearheaded the port's development and collaborated with publisher Aspyr and IP holder Rooster Teeth to update and release the game within a six month production period. As the primary Producer on the project, I managed a team of Concept, 2D Artists, 3D Artists, Technical Artists, UX Designers, Gamplay Designers, and Engineers. I also directly corresponded with the Aspyr and Rooster Teeth leadership to determine feature design specifications, set deliverables and milestone goals, and provide weekly progress updates.
My responsibilities included assigning weekly workloads, tracking tasks and assets in Jira and Confluence, ensuring brand compliance by establishing and maintaining an in-depth asset submission process, collecting feature goals from the client and communicating them to the designers, playtesting features, and guaranteed on-time deliverable submissions without needing the team to work past their core hours.
