Political Arena is political strategy/simulator game based on American politics. The game's main developer, Eliot Nelson, is still gathering funding for an early access release at this time.
As a part of FarBridge's partnership with Eliot Nelson, my team was tasked with creating the game's playable demo to entice investors and the media. During this three month production, I managed a small team of artists and engineers to create and release the playable demo on Steam within a three-month pipeline. My primary responsibilities were managing milestones and deliverables between FarBridge and Nelson, scheduling weekly workloads and playtests, writing placeholder text for in-demo assets, and ensuring all assets hit quality assurance checks before final demo release.
