Costume assistant • Lykke Wake
Lykke Wake was filmed on location in the North Yorkshire moors and was funded by the BFI. I worked with the costume designer to fit the costumes for the cast, as well as comnpleting continuity check throughout the filming process.

Costume Trainee • Big Talk Studios Limited
I worked with the costume team during pre-production of a new TV show, creating era-specific costumes for a streaming-service series. Due to an NDA I am currently unable to disclose more information.

Costume maker • Stockton and Darlington Railway 200
I worked as a part of a team to create the costumes for their ‘Ghost Train’ Production. My main role involved creation of the costume for the Master of Ceremonies.

Head of Wardrobe • Northern school of Art Musical Theatre society
I worked with a team to source or create costumes for a range of decades for an original musical that was written for the society. The costumes ranged from the 1940s to the modern day.

I created Follie girls costumes For Durham Universitys production of ‘Crazy for You’ at the Gala Theatre in Durham,

Wardrobe Department • Dominian Theatre
I got the opportunity to shadow the dressers of ‘Sister Act’ and see how dressing tracks work in professional shows, as well as helping with the maintainance of the costumes.
2022 - 2023
Head of wardrobe • Durham High School
For productions of both ‘Anything Goes’ and ‘School of Rock’, I managed a team of people to source/make/alter the garments for the cast (including making specific costumes to my own design), as well as assisting with the quick changes during the shows.

Back stage • Durham Musical Theatre Company
I worked backstage for a production of ‘Chess’ at the gala theatre in Durham. This allowed me to experience how a show works backstage with a professional company and to get a better insight on how the different departments work together.

Seamstress • Zig Zag Alterations
The job entails fitting, prepping and sewing customers garments to create a perfect fit for each customer. Garments range from basic clothing (trousers and shirts) to more complex garments like wedding dresses, prom dresses and motorbike leathers.

For this part time job meant that I was responsible for the safe guarding and entertainment of young children and entertained until they were collected from school.
