Emma Campbell

Biography

Toronto born singer/songwriter Emma Campbell has spent the majority of her 21 years making and performing music. Growing up in a music-filled household, Emma has been singing and playing piano for as long as she can remember, moving on to pick up the guitar at the age of 13. In August of 2020, she released her debut single, “Freezing”, followed by her second single, “Understand”, in March of 2021. During her time growing up in the city, Emma has performed at multiple Toronto venues, including The Drake Underground, The Dakota Tavern, and The Painted Lady. She pulls much of her inspiration from artists such as Lizzy McAlpine, Phoebe Bridgers, and Scott Helman. Recently graduating from the Popular Music program at the University of Western Ontario, Emma has learned an extensive amount about writing, producing, and performing music. 

Campbell's debut EP, "Oh Emma", crafted with Toronto music producer Michael Wojewoda, is available everywhere now. Her newest single, "What I Need," will be released professionally on October 20th, 2023.
