Writing Portfolio

Emma Faro is a sophomore at Mechanicsburg HIgh School and self-proclaimed writer, editor, and chocolate connoisseur. She has always loved to write, and she loves working on new pieces and tackling unique styles or forms. She primarily writes prose, but has begun to appreciate poetry and hopes to continue developing her poetry skills. Emma especially loves working on short stories and novellas. She has been recognized in her school literary magazine for the past two years and has received awards for poetry and short story pieces in the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. When she isn't scribbling stories in her journal, Emma loves to compete on the cross country and track teams and watch Gilmore Girls on repeat.
