A neighborhood plan contact team (NPCT) is a group of individuals designated to be the stewards or advocates of their adopted neighborhood plan. We work with city staff towards the implementation of the plan recommendations, review and initiate plan amendments, serve as community points of contact, and work on behalf of other neighborhood stakeholders.
The East MLK combined planning area is made up of the MLK, Pecan Springs/Springdale, and MLK/183 planning areas, and is bound by Loyola Lane, Ed Bluestein Blvd, and Little Walnut Creek to the north, the Austin and NW Railroad to the south, Airport Blvd, Anchor Lane, and Manor Road to the west, and the former Missouri-Kansas Railroad right-of-way to the east.
On this site you can access the schedule of future meetings, agendas and minutes for past meetings, and various general Contact Team resources. If you're interested in attending a meeting or joining the Contact Team, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with these resources.
