The Eugenio M. Lopez Jr. Center for Media Arts Senior High School is the first public Arts and Design track school in Quezon City. With a strong emphasis on media arts, the school nurtures and cultivates the talents and creative abilities of its students, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as media arts practitioners. Through a dynamic and comprehensive curriculum, students are exposed to a wide range of artistic disciplines, including filmmaking, graphic design, photography, performing arts, and more. By fostering a supportive and stimulating learning environment, the school empowers its students to push boundaries, explore innovative ideas, and make a meaningful impact in the realm of media arts.

MISSION

Eugenio M. Lopez Jr. Center for Media Arts Senior High School provides a challenging arts education for artistically diverse gifted students and helped them to advance the role of media arts practitioners. This is in line with the first statement of the Department of Education’s mission which states, “to protect and promote the right of every Filipino to quality, equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education.”

Students learn in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, safe, and motivating environment.
Teachers facilitate and constantly nurture every learner.
Administrators and Staff as stewards of the institution, ensure an enabling and supportive environment for effective learning to happen.
Family, community, and other stakeholders are actively engaged and share responsibility for developing life-long learners.

VISION

Eugenio M. Lopez Jr. Center for Media Arts Senior High School is committed to excellent academic programs infused with Filipino culture, love for the country, and positive values. “Ang sining ang boses ng realidad,” this statement contends the idea that the creative interpretation of the artists is a collective perspective that will show the values and identity of every Filipino child.
