By downloading or using the EMI Tracker mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
EMI Tracker is designed to help users calculate and track loan EMIs, manage financial entries, and receive reminders. The app provides financial calculation tools but does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.
Users are responsible for:
entering accurate financial data
maintaining the security of their device
verifying calculation results before making financial decisions
The developer is not responsible for financial decisions made based on the app's calculations.
If account features are enabled:
users must provide accurate information
users must keep login credentials secure
misuse of the platform may lead to account suspension
User data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
All app content including design, logo, and software code belongs to Growth Web Tech and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for financial loss, incorrect calculations, or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the new terms.
