EMIT CALL & CARE SCHEDULER PRO ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

1. DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE

Our App is a specialized personal CRM and scheduling tool designed to work entirely on your device. We prioritize your privacy by ensuring that NO PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED OR TRANSMITTED TO ANY EXTERNAL SERVERS.

a. Call Logs (READ_CALL_LOG)

The App accesses your call logs to provide its core functionality: displaying recent calls on your dashboard and automatically showing a follow-up window after you finish a call. This data is used solely to help you manage your client relationships on-device.

b. Contacts (READ_CONTACTS)

We access your contacts to resolve phone numbers to contact names and to allow you to search for contacts when scheduling reminders or importing events from Excel.

c. SMS (SEND_SMS)

The App uses SMS permissions to send automated messages that you have specifically scheduled (such as follow-ups or birthday wishes). We do not read or collect your personal SMS messages.

d. Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO)

The microphone is used only when you choose to record a voice note for a specific reminder. These recordings are stored locally on your device.

e. Calendar (READ_CALENDAR)

If you choose to sync events, the app reads your calendar to import birthdays and anniversaries into your reminder list.

2. DATA STORAGE AND PROTECTION

All data managed by the App, including call records, follow-up notes, voice recordings, and schedules, is stored LOCALLY AND SECURELY ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE ONLY.

Backup & Export:

- Local Auto-Backup: The App creates a rolling 7-day backup stored in your device's storage.

- Excel Export: You can manually export your data to an Excel file saved in your Downloads folder.

- Data Control: You have full control over your data. Deleting the App or clearing its data will permanently remove all stored records from your device.

3. DATA SHARING AND SELLING

WE DO NOT SHARE, SELL, LEASE, OR TRADE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES. Your data never leaves your device unless you manually initiate a share (e.g., sending an Excel export or backup file via email).

4. SECURITY

We use industry-standard Android security protocols to ensure your local database remains protected against unauthorized access.

5. PERMISSIONS & PROMINENT DISCLOSURE

The App requires several sensitive permissions to function. You will be prompted to grant these through a "Prominent Disclosure" window upon first launch. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App may allow you to send messages via WhatsApp. Please note that when using WhatsApp, you are subject to WhatsApp's specific privacy policy and terms of service.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
