Flight Manager (Flight Host)
The Flight Manager / Flight Host serves as a pivotal figure in the operational success of Emirates Airlines PTFS flights. This role is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that every flight is prepared, coordinated, and executed to the highest standards expected by both the company and its valued passengers. From managing pre-flight briefings, verifying crew readiness, and supervising in-flight services, to addressing on-the-spot challenges, this role demands strong leadership, adaptability, and attention to detail.
They work closely with cabin crew, pilots, and ground staff to ensure seamless transitions, exceptional onboard experiences, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Beyond flight oversight, they also help mentor junior crew members, contribute to service training standards, and act as ambassadors of Emirates Airlines PTFS’ values both in the air and on the ground.
