Ibrahim Emirahmetoglu

Welcome to my website!

I am excited to join the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Susquehanna University as a Visiting Assistant Professor in Fall 2025.

I completed my Ph.D. in Applied Mathematical & Computational Sciences at the University of Iowa in May 2025. Prior to that, I studied at Rice University and Bogazici University.

My research interests lie at the intersection of optimization, machine learning, and game theory. 

Besides math, I love coffee, basketball, arthouse films, and cats!
