A contemporary Fin-tech Startup Project by Department of Information Technology(DoIT), Rajasthan Govt. in Jodhpur. The project is led by Ashoka Buildcon as Principal Contractor and EIL as Project Management Consultant (PMC).

It is a challenging project since it involves quality-conscious construction with on-time delivery. We casted a total of 13,310 cum Raft having 2,300 MT steel in continuous RMC pour within 6.5 days in Feb,2023.

A residential building project of (G+4 storey) 20 towers along with External development totaling upto Approx. 3 Lac Sft. slab area. This is a turnkey project which involves all the structure, finishing, development works till handover to flat buyers.

A commercial project in Sec-79 Faridabad, having approx. 2.10 lac sft. construction area having structure and finishing works upto plaster. The total project has a basement area of approx. 60,000 sft.

It is an exquisite project in itself since it incorporates its architectural features from the streets of San Francisco and has a lot of detailing in its elevation. It attracts a lot of crowd due to its designing.

A villa township project in the small town of Haryana with its slant design architecture and has a uniqueness of its own.

A small project of 12 row villas curated by Eminent in Jaipur laying the foundation stone in the business as a developer. These villas are beautifully designed by Studio Eterio with 30+ years of experience in the industry.
