It's nice to meet you!

My name is Emily, and I graduated magna cum laude from Emory University in 2020 with a Bachelors of Arts in English and History. 

I have always loved telling stories and found the best way for me to do so was through writing. I have written short stories, product descriptions, and a 100-page honors thesis, all while maintaining a strong idiosyncratic voice.

In addition to my creative and academic work, I have experience writing both long and short-form copy for publications as well as social media profiles. I have been creating content for a variety of individuals, companies, organizations, campaigns, and myself for five years, and see social media as another form of storytelling.

I was most recently the associate editor for an online publication and simultaneously the associate editor at an independent publishing house where I learned invaluable editorial lessons in a hands-on environment.
