The Design Process

I follow the ADDIE model to:

• Analyze what's needed to develop a meaningful learning solution

• Design the courses using adult learning principles

• Develop the courses with the learner in mind and following the stakeholder's vision

• Implement learning solutions through instructor-led and/or elearning modules

• Evaluate the course using surveys to gauge learner participation, learning progression, and to revise or develop further courses.
