I am a bilingual birth and postpartum doula, as well as a lactation and feeding specialist, serving families in New York City, Westchester, and the Hudson Valley. Fluent in both English and Polish, she offers compassionate, personalized care for families during labor and postpartum. With a deep passion for birth work, Emilia provides dedicated support in both hospital and home birth settings, ensuring that every family feels empowered and cared for during this transformative time. Childbirth Education: Anatomy & physiology of labor and birth, comfort measures and labor support techniques, early postpartum support, and basic lactation.
Birth and Postpartum Doula Training: Common medical interventions, risks and benefits, counseling clients, newborn care, and infant feeding.
Lactation Basics: Latch, supplementation, positioning, counseling, and newborn expectations.

My mission is to always provide support and hold a safe space for a birthing person, no agenda, no jugement, heart to heart connection. Ether you choose to birth at home, birthing center or at the hospital, I will support you in physically, mentally and emotioanny so you can have a birth of your dreams. I colaborate with you to develop holistic birth plan tailored to your needs
I am here for you! My goal is to help you feel settled in your body, learn to take care of yourself and your family, answer questions about your newborn and help to restore you as much as possible. I provide personalized postpartum support tailored to nurture both you and your newborn, icluding guidance on breastfeeding, infant care and emotional wellness.
My first question would be: "how are you planning to feed your baby?" I'm here to support you in any way you choose to feed your infant. I will provide education, support, guidance and personalized approach to help you navigate through the needs of your new baby.
