Parking

There are three parking options:

In the small lot across from the main entrance (this is the closest but will fill up fast)
On the street nearby
In the large lot behind the building. The entrance to the rear parking lot is on the far east end of the mill buildings (to the left if you are facing the entrance). Turn in at the parking sign for the American Legion club. You can drive back through the lot and park directly behind the venue, then walk up the alley between the buildings to get inside. Be careful if it's snowy! Guests with limited mobility should get dropped off by the main entrance on Pleasant street.

Lodging

We have room blocks available for guests at two area hotels for Friday and Saturday. To book a room at the wedding rate, just let them know you are part of the Estelle and Tracy Wedding block. The group rate is good through Dec 15th.

The Hotel Northampton is a historic hotel in downtown Northampton. It is $149/night for a single or double room, $159 for a triple, and $169 for a quad. This is where we will be staying.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites is a less expensive option that is also very close to downtown Northampton. Our room rate is $129/night for a king bed and $139 for two queens.

There are lots of other hotel, bed and breakfast, or Airbnb options in the area.

Airports

There are lots of airport options to fly through, including Boston and Albany, so you should see where you can get the best flights. However, the closest airport is Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. It's a 40 minute drive from the airport to Easthampton.

Local Stuff To Do

Northampton and Easthampton both have great downtown areas with lots of shops and restaurants to check out. Here is an article from Boston Magazine about ideas for a day trip to Northampton.

If you're interested in skiing, there are a number of spots that are 30-60 minutes away from Easthampton:

Berkshire East Mountain Resort is in Charlemont. It is a 50 min drive and is a bit more rugged.
Jiminy Peak is over near Hancock/Lanesboro. It is a bit over an hour drive, but has the best snow and has other attractions at the mountain besides skiing such as their mountain roller coaster.
The third option is Ski Blandford in Blandford. It's less than a half hour drive and is a smaller mountain.

Map and Written Directions

From the south:

Take I-91 north
Take exit 17B and merge onto MA-141 west
Stay right at the first fork toward Easthampton
Continue on Rt. 141 for 4.7 miles, over the mountain and into downtown Easthampton
At the first traffic light you reach, bear right onto Union St.; there will be a big pond on your left
At the next traffic light, turn right onto MA-10 north; Big E's supermarket will be on your right
At the rotary, stay right and take the first exit onto Pleasant street
The venue will be on your right in the second large brick mill building

From the north:

Take I-91 south
Take exit 18 for US-5 toward Northampton/Easthampton
Turn right at the light onto US-5 south
Continue on Rt. 5 for 2.7 miles
Soon after entering Easthampton, turn right onto East St.; a sign for Easthampton Center will be on your right
In 1.4 miles, bear right onto Ferry St.
When you come to a T, turn left onto Pleasant street
The venue will be on the left in the second large brick mill building

From the east:

Take I-90 west
Take exit 4 to I-91 north
Follow directions from the south

From the west:

Take I-90 east
Take exit 3 to MA-10/US-202
At the traffic light, turn left onto MA-10 north/US-202 north
Continue on Rt. 10 for 10.7 miles until you reach downtown Easthampton
When you come to the rotary, stay right and take the first exit onto Pleasant street
The venue will be on your right in the second large brick mill building
