GRACE GODDESS

During October (Breast Cancer Awareness Month) of 2023, I had the once in a lifetime opportunity to be photographed by fine art photographer, Charise Isis of The Grace Project. TGP is a world renowned breast cancer photography project with the ultimate goal of capturing 800 goddess inspired portraits: 800 being the approximate number of new breast cancer diagnoses in the U.S. every day. I'm so honored to be one of the 800 Goddesses included in this powerful project. The Grace Project is also a nonprofit, so please consider donating to support Charise's work and this important cause.

I'm honored to have had one of my self-portraits featured on WILDFIRE Magazine's new anthology, "Igniting the Fire Within: Stories of Healing, Hope & Humor" - a collection of essays from the first six years of the magazine. WILDFIRE is a magazine, podcast and writing community specifically designed with the young breast cancer survivor and fighter in mind.

I'm proud to have been a featured "Word Woman" in the breast cancer inspired art series by Melanie Penn. Since 2018, 100+ women have shared their stories; their truths, experiences and likeness transformed into art.
