Welcome to our upcoming school garage sale event! We are excited to have you join our team of dedicated volunteers who play a crucial role in making this event a success. Below are the various volunteer assignments available, each contributing to different aspects of the event. Please review the opportunities and let us know which roles you'd like to take on:
Parking Attendants:
Parking Attendants:
Volunteers Needed: 3 people (Adults)
Time Commitment: 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Tasks:
1 volunteer at the bus entrance
1 volunteer at the side gym doors (large items)
1 volunteer at the front doors (small items)
Direct participants to the appropriate door to bring in their items.
Participant Helpers:

Volunteers Needed: 6-8 people (Grade 7-9 students or adults)
Time Commitment: 3:15 - 5:00 p.m.
Task: Welcome and assist participants with their garage sale items to their assigned table.

Volunteers Needed: 2 people (Adults)
Time Commitment: 3:30 - 8:00 p.m.
Task: Set up, price, and sell items that were donated to the school for the garage sale.
Concession Attendants:

Volunteers Needed: 2-3 people (Grade 7-9 students)
Time Commitment: 4:15 - 8:00 p.m.
Task: Set up, run, and clean up the concession stand.
Lemonade Stand:
Lemonade Stand:
Volunteers Needed: 6 people (K - Grade 6 students)
Time Commitment: 1 hour (3 slots available: 4:30 - 5:30, 5:30 - 6:30, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.)
Task: Sell lemonade.
End of Event/Cleanup Crew:
End of Event/Cleanup Crew:
Volunteers Needed: 6-8 people (Grade 7-9 students or adults)
Time Commitment: 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Tasks: Help participants bring their items out to their vehicles. Collect and organize items that participants choose to donate. Help clean up.
Post Event - Donation Drop-off Crew:

Volunteers Needed: 4-6 people (Adults with trucks)
Time Commitment: 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Task: Bring donated items to the Thrift Store.
