METRICLY — PRIVACY POLICY

Metricly ("the App") is operated by EMH Apps. We designed Metricly to be
a fully offline utility: your conversions, inputs, and calculations never
leave your device.
1. WHAT WE COLLECT
Metricly does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. We do
not use analytics, advertising SDKs, trackers, or third-party data
brokers.
2. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT
If you subscribe to Metricly Pro, the transaction is handled entirely
by Apple through the App Store. EMH Apps never sees your Apple ID,
payment method, or billing details. We receive only an anonymous
receipt indicating that a valid subscription is active on your device.
3. OFFLINE OPERATION
All conversions and calculations run locally on your iPhone. The App
does not require an internet connection to function and does not make
outgoing network requests, with one exception: verifying your
subscription status with Apple on launch.
4. DATA ON YOUR DEVICE
The App stores only minimal local preferences on your device (for
example, your most recent unit selections). This data remains on your
device and is removed if you delete the App.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Metricly is a general-purpose utility suitable for all ages. We do not
knowingly collect data from any user, including children under 13.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to
access, correct, or delete. You may cancel your subscription at any
time through your Apple ID account settings.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If this policy changes, the updated version will be included with the
next App update and will take effect on the "Last updated" date shown
above.
