I have worked in customer service for the last 6 years which has given me the chance to develop my problem-solving skills. Working in the service industry and handling customers every work shift has allowed me to develop patience, empathy, and connection. I believe this experience will aid me in my professional career as I build relationships with students, coworkers, and parents. 

As of March 2023, I have completed my 2nd practicum in TESL. I was placed in the elementary school Brossard St-Patrice in Magog, Qc. In this placement, I was able to observe and teach students from grades 1 to 6, with a focus on grade 2. This placement has given me the opportunity to learn more about adaptive learners and the appropriate strategies to promote their development.
