As a learning designer who is a lifelong learner, I consider myself to be uniquely attune to learning experiences and the impact they can have when designed effectively.
Being an enthusiast for innovation, I take pride in my ability to utilize technology and apply adult learning principles to develop learning experiences that are engaging and thoughtfully designed. I am also deeply passionate about the importance of considering diversity of all forms when designing courses for learners, no matter the purpose of the training. My background in education, health services and non-profits have shaped my eagerness to provide comprehensive learning experiences and my participation in the Applied Instructional Design Academy have further refined my skills and tools to do so.
When I am not working, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts about history/ contemporary issues, exercising and spending time with my family.

These badges are part of a 9-month Instructional Design Coaching / Mentorship program, Applied Instructional Design Academy. They are earned after completing over 30+ lessons on various eLearning Development topics and receiving extensive coaching from ID professionals with 15+ years of experience. Earners complete a rigorous set of activities that include developing eLearning modules with extensive feedback, evaluating existing modules, completing simulated client projects, and multiple revisions.
