The Emerson PTO puts on a variety of events to bring school and community together! With the income from our fundraising efforts, we bring typically offer the following events throughout the school year. Follow us on FB ~ Emerson School PTO
Emerson's many gardens are maintained by volunteers from the PTO. At Fall Beautification, we clean up and put to bed the children's veggie garden; the prairie garden and fruit areas; and the flower gardens in front of the school and at the turn-around circle. We also weed the playground, spread woodchips and touch up paint the blacktop, picnic tables and basketball hoops.
Muchos de los jardines de Emerson son mantenidos por voluntarios del PTO. Este día limpiaremos y arreglaremos el huerto, la pradera, el área de frutas y las flores. Sacaremos la mala hierba del patio, podremos chips de madera y pintaremos donde se necesite.
Who doesn't like to dance? The PTO turns the cafeteria into a dance party, with a real DJ. Pizza and baked treats for sale in the auditorium.

A night filled with science demonstrations by UW Biocore students and experiments with help from the Kiwanis.
