PHILIP BARGIN

ELBC 2019 SPIRIT AWARD WINNER

"I have attended a lot of camps and training programs within the church and social organizations but the Emerging Leaders Boot camp was just so exceptional. Both participants and organizers exhibited a remarkable leadership style that is worth emulating. It was first of its kind to see a gathering of young people who are willing to share mad fun, mingle with one another and willing to take instructions from fellow young people. Not a single self-centered participant. Absolutely, no quarrel, no fights everyone moving together like they have known each other for a longer time. Everyone displayed a high level of unity. At some training, participants skipped sections and activities because of lack of interest but that was not the case with ELBC. The content was just so rich that one couldn't afford to missed out. What surprised me most is the fact that all these goodies were packaged by a handful of smart young people without funding from any outside source. Utilizing just the little they had to achieve this milestone. There wouldn't have been better facilitators than the ones we had. Thankfully, they were all young people who are passionate about making change."

ELBC 2021 PARTICIPANT

I’m always in search of opportunities to improve myself. So with my quest for that, I have attended many youth workshops, programs and even camps, but my experience with the Emerging Leaders Boot Camp 2021 was exceptional and added some value to my life. I got to meet valuable people that we are connected today and above all the guys are loving and the friendship within the ELBC circle is one that will make you think that you have the whole world supporting you. I have never seen such a team that’s supportive to the extent of going extra-mile for their friends. My stay at the camp helped me to recognize the importance of social media branding and give me an eye opener to some public speaking skills. The public speaking session at the camp helped me a whole lot and made me erase some fears and unnecessary stress on stage.ELBC is an amazing family and the team’s creativity have won my heart. I’m grateful to be connected with this family."
