EMERGE Mentor Academy Outline

The EMERGE Mentorship Academy outline is part of a three part workshop series to prepare mentors to support undergraduate researchers in their labs and in a field research experience. Workshop includes developing a shared definition of mentoring, creating an individualized Mentor Action Plan and Team Charter, mentoring challenges and solutions and interavtive theatre vignettes to model pitfalls and best practices for mentoring. Focus on Team Mentoring, Planning and Collaboration.
