Effective Date: September 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the 500 Riddles Quiz Game mobile application (referred to as the “Application”) created by Ankita Agarwal (referred to as the “Service Provider”).
The Application is provided as a freemium service and may include advertisements and optional in-app purchases. The Application is provided on an “AS IS” basis.
The Service Provider does not require users to create an account or register in order to use the Application.
The Application does not directly request personally identifiable information such as your name, postal address, phone number, or email address as part of normal gameplay.
However, certain information may be processed automatically by third-party services used by the Application, particularly services that provide advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or other app functionality.
Depending on the services enabled in the Application, this information may include:
Device information, such as device type, operating system version, and language settings.
Advertising identifiers or similar device identifiers, where permitted by applicable law and platform settings.
Advertising interaction information, such as ad impressions, clicks, and engagement.
Diagnostic information, including crash reports and performance data.
General usage information relating to interactions with the Application.
The exact information processed depends on the third-party services used by the Application, your device settings, your region, and any permissions or choices you provide.
The Application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.
Advertising providers may process certain device, advertising, usage, or interaction information for purposes such as delivering advertisements, measuring advertising performance, preventing fraud, and, where permitted and with any required consent, providing personalized advertising.
On Apple devices, tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies is subject to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency requirements where applicable. You can manage applicable tracking permissions through your device’s privacy settings.
The Service Provider does not control the privacy practices of third-party advertising providers. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of the applicable advertising providers for more information about their data practices.
The Application offers optional in-app purchases.
Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit services. The Service Provider does not directly collect or store your payment card or banking information.
Apple may process information associated with your purchase in accordance with Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.
The Application may receive information necessary to determine the status of a purchase, such as whether a particular in-app purchase has been successfully completed, restored, or is currently available to the user.
The Application does not request or collect precise real-time geographic location information from your device.
Third-party services may derive an approximate location from information such as an IP address where permitted and necessary for purposes such as advertising, fraud prevention, or service operation. Such processing is governed by the privacy policies of the respective third-party providers.
The Application may use third-party services for functions such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting, in-app purchases, and application distribution.
These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. The Service Provider encourages users to review the privacy policies of any third-party services used by the Application.
Apple services, including the App Store and in-app purchase infrastructure, are governed by Apple’s applicable privacy policies and terms.
Information processed through the Application or its third-party service providers may be used to:
Provide and maintain Application functionality.
Display and measure advertisements.
Process and restore in-app purchases.
Diagnose crashes and technical problems.
Improve performance, stability, and user experience.
Detect or prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.
Comply with applicable legal requirements.
The Service Provider does not sell personally identifiable information directly collected from users.
The Service Provider does not intentionally disclose personally identifiable information to third parties except where necessary to provide Application functionality, comply with applicable law, protect legal rights, or work with service providers used by the Application.
Third-party SDKs and services integrated into the Application may independently process information as described in their respective privacy policies.
You may stop using the Application and remove it from your device at any time by using the standard uninstall process available on your device.
Where applicable, you may also control advertising tracking and other privacy permissions through the privacy settings provided by iOS.
If the Application requests permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites, you may allow or deny that permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and may subsequently change the permission through your device settings.
Certain privacy choices relating to advertisements may also be available through the advertising provider used by the Application.
The Service Provider does not retain personally identifiable information directly from normal gameplay unless such information is voluntarily provided, for example when contacting the Service Provider for support.
Information processed by third-party service providers may be retained according to their respective privacy policies and retention practices.
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information directly from children under the age of 13.
Children should not submit personally identifiable information through the Application or related services. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to supervise their children’s use of applications and online services and to instruct children not to provide personal information without permission.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information directly to the Service Provider, please contact the Service Provider at emeraldys.contact@gmail.com so that appropriate action can be taken.
Where consent is legally required for processing personal information, users must be of the minimum age required to provide such consent in their jurisdiction, or the consent must be provided or authorized by a parent or legal guardian where applicable.
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect information within its control.
However, no electronic transmission, storage system, mobile application, or internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information processed by third-party service providers is also subject to the security practices and policies of those providers.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the Application, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
Any changes will be made available by updating this Privacy Policy. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about the Application’s privacy practices.
Continued use of the Application after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgement of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
By using the Application, you acknowledge the privacy practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Where consent is required by applicable law for a particular type of data processing, such consent will be requested separately where necessary.
