Purpose:
To provide a health intervention through exercise, physical activity, and nutrition to achieve the goals of any individual.
How:
Using a structured and cohesive plan that is tailored to the individual, the client and trainer will work together to find appropriate solutions and training methods to achieve any goals.
VALUES
E E – Excellence: The aim of being outstanding. Whether we train regularly or work to provide, the goal is to be excellent or at least strive for it. To be outstanding means bettering yourself each day and going beyond what's expected.
M – Mastery: Pursuing and being willing to expand our knowledge and skills by constantly building on our abilities in any field. Mastery is always finding a way to perform at a high level and never becoming complacent.
R – Resilience: Through setbacks, challenges, and low motivation, being resilient means finding functional solutions to reach your goal no matter what. It’s showing up every day to be a better version of yourself
L – Longevity: We put a lot of strain and stress on our bodies daily and sometimes neglect how that can affect us doing the things we love. Exercise and physical activity can help us through strength, fitness, and mobility to have increased capacities and thresholds, so we can do the things we love, for longer.
D – Determination: When working towards our goals, we must be determined to reach them. Determination isn’t working through pain, rather, it is making conscious efforts, no matter how small, to show up and put in the work. On days when you don’t feel like working, your reasons and determination will get you where you need to be.
