REFUND POLICY:

- If you have legitimate errors with purchasing and/or receiving said Rank or Tag you are eligible for a refund.

- If you have purchased a Rank or Tag and are banned from the server, you cannot receive a refund UNLESS you can prove your purchase didn't go through beforehand like the previous clause states.
