Events in General

In general, we gather in a friendly atmosphere, to laugh and eat, while listening to great music being played on absolutely superb audio systems. Our events are hosted either at a member’s home or a local dealer. However, occasionally we may take a short road trip.

We are enthusiastic about high-fidelity sound reproduction. One of our objectives is to evaluate whether certain audio components and acoustical updates may take the listener closer to the audiophile goal: the sense of live music being recreated in our personal homes. So, we enjoy evaluating high-end audio components; such as speakers, amps, pre-amps, turntables, streamers, music players, SACD players, power conditioners, headphones, room acoustics, and even cables - yes, they make a difference as well. We're engaged in the never-ending quest of hearing music the way it was meant to be heard.

We also enjoy informative talks and auditions of interest to audio hobbyists. Occasionally, guest presentations are made by designers, manufacturers, retailers, or reviewers. Members often bring a track or two of music that has impressed them and briefly share what it means to them. This gives members the opportunity to learn and experience different genres of music.

Most of all we enjoy making lifetime friends.
