Emeka Ilechukwu is a Nigerian multidisciplinary artist. A sculptor, painter and Metalsmith who graduated with distinction (HND in Sculpture) from the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu in 1997.
He works in diverse media (wood‑carving, metal, mixed media, painting), often combining traditional materials like African teak with acrylic, metal or panel relief to explore socio‑cultural and environmental themes.
His art explores dualities of life, real vs virtual, past vs present, hope vs struggle — translating memories, social realities, and emotional dynamics into vivid visual narratives.
He has held several exhibitions: solo shows, many salons, and group exhibitions — both within Nigeria and internationally. His works are in private and public collections across the world.
