In 1999 Johneric Emehel went into private practice. Since that time, Johneric has worked hard to establish a reputation in the legal community and the Charlotte area as a law firm who will always fight for the rights of their clients and who will grind through all the obstacles put before them to provide each client with effective representation.  Since inception they have always prided themselves in working harder than any other law firm in order to get the best possible outcome in every case.

Our philosophy at Sherrill and Emehel is that people have a right to receive personalized attention to their legal matter.  We have found that a successful legal outcome almost always comes down to the personal attention to detail that we give to every client.  As a result of the personal attention that we give to our clients we are able to build quality relationships with our clients, which in turn has resulted in the vast majority of our new clients coming from referrals from people we have successfully represented in the past.
