平戸中平自由聯邦共和國國旗，稱爲"青天白日中平紅旗"，於中平514年燕尾旗版本啟用，左上角青天白日部分象徵三民主義，白黑中平ㄓ眼代表中平主義與四面八方。

The national flag of the Free Federal Republic of Emceror, titled the "Blue Sky, White Sun, and Zhongping Red Flag," was officially inaugurated in the 514th year of Zhongping as a swallowtail variant. The canton in the upper-left, featuring the Blue Sky and White Sun, symbolizes the Three Principles of the People. The white and black Kacaroreye (Eye of Zhongping) serves as the central emblem, signifying Kacarorear (Zhongping-ism) and the encompassing reach toward all eight directions of the world.

Within this emblem, the Kacaroreye (Eye of Kacaror) symbolizes the sunrise of the nation, with its radiance projecting in all directions to manifest the republic's grand ambitions and core philosophies. It represents the people gathered from the "five lakes and four seas." The emblem is flanked by the national flags as guardians of the law, with Mount Kacaror and the oceans of the motherland situated at the base.

This is one of the mottoes of the Free Federal Republic of Emceror, symbolizing that the citizens are loyal to their nation, and the national government serves all of its people. Derived from Zhuge Liang's famous quote, 'Render a life of utter devotion, until my heart ceases to beat,' this stands as the primary motto of the country.
