E & M Cakes was inspired by my husband's late aunt who gave me her key lime cake recipe and my daughter made one change. At my previous job, I made key lime and strawberry cupcakes for a luncheon, and afterwards, I received numerous cupcakes requests. This inspired me to open E & M Cakes which is named after me (Eurica) and my daughter (Malia).
