How long does embroidery work take? 

Generally we strive for a 5-10 working day turn-around. However during holiday season, November through December lead times can get longer and cut-off times to get product finished by Christmas will exist usually around late Nov to early Dec. 

What about the garments. Where can i find those? 

You can supply your own garments for us to decorate or we can source garments for you from some of the best suppliers in the country. Please inquire with the factory. 

How many stitches in my logo? 

If you email us an image or picture of your logo and the desired size we can estimate the stitch count. We will not have an exact number until we digitize the logo but we can provide pricing based on this estimate. 

Where can I stitch a logo on my product? 

For caps we can stitch on the front, sides and back above the clasp. For Polos and other wearable we stitch on the left and right chest as well as the sleeves and back of the shirt. For bags we must be able to access the back of the panel in order to hoop the garment for embroidery. We can do this on a pocket but the size of logo will be reduced to fit.
