Sarah has more than 11 years of experience in human resources as well as an M.S. in Counseling. Her greatest passion is to see others reach their potential professionally and personally. Sarah is a trusted resource, especially in the midst of the flux we've all been experiencing in recent years when many have been looking for greater guidance and stability.
Warsame has previously worked for a non-profit, in the financial services industry, and in academia. He completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Eastern Michigan University. Warsame currently advocates for and supports students in higher education through his initiative. He is passionate about Organizational Development, Public Policy, and International Affairs.
Dee brings over 30 years of expertise in consulting, business and transformation across a diverse range of topics in several industries within the public and private sectors. Dee currently serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within the Department of Defense and a lifestyle coach to those seeking opportunities to reframe their lives for higher living.
Venerable Damchoe is a Buddhist Nun, Physician and volunteer at the Guhyasamaja Buddhist Center in Fairfax, VA. She also leads support groups, workshops and provides medical support for The Sibley Senior Association at Sibley Hospital.
Like meditation, the concept of impermanence has its origins in Buddhism. Ven. Damchoe will help ground our understanding for application in organizational change.
John completed his undergraduate degree in Integrated Media at Ohio University's Scripps College of Communication. After several years gaining marketing and branding experience in different private sector positions, he's pivoting into ODKM with the master's program at GMU. John is a question asker, creative problem solver, and a mediating presence on teams.
Raquel graduated from her undergraduate program at George Mason University, only to soon return to complete her Master's in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management. She possesses 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Raquel serves as a creative strategist, life-long learner, and enthusiastic Ballroom & Latin dance instructor.
