This rate covers requested services by the client and/or family and may include respite sitting, companionship, light housekeeping, errands, as well as Advance Care Planning (Five Wishes), Legacy work, instruction and education on physical and emotional care.

Embrace services can also help anyone to prepare and manage challenges as one ages.  This is available for seniors, the elderly, those living alone or anyone who needs direction accessing health care, home health care, organizing paperwork, and more.

*A sliding scale is available for those who may not be able pay the full amount.  

Provides services for up to 6 weeks

• 3 one- hour visits weekly

• 4 hours respite weekly

• 1 hour intro to Five Wishes- an Advanced Care Plan

• Legacy work- 1-2 hours

• Final hours vigil presence 

• 24/7 phone, Zoom call availability

• 5 hours grief support
