TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment

≫ Full upfront payment is required before I begin your commission.
≫ Payment will be accepted via Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle (If Necessary). Paypal is preferred.
≫ Prices may vary depending on complexity.

Process & Revisions

≫ Throughout the commission process, I will provide progress photos. During the sketch phase, you may request unlimited small tweaks (within reason).
≫ Please provide feedback early during the progress stages. Once rendering begins, revisions are limited to errors on my part (i,e, missing a pre-specified detail) and small, easy adjustments.
≫ Major changes after rendering may require an additional fee.
≫ Turnaround time is not set, but you can generally expect to see the first stages of your work within the first two weeks of payment going through. If you need a piece completed by a specific deadline, alert me. If this will require delaying other commissions or cramming on my part, I may request an additional rush fee.
≫ I will communicate primarily and most actively through Discord, but TikTok direct messages are also acceptable.

Rights & Usage

≫ I retain all rights to the artwork. This means I may use it for portfolios, examples, social media posts, or promotional materials.
≫ You may request otherwise, but this may incur an additional fee.
≫ Once paid for, you may use the artwork for personal or commercial purposes (merch, streaming, covers, etc.) provided you do not claim the art as your own creation. Credits are appreciated, but not required.
≫ You may make edits or alterations to my artwork (such as coloring it in) as long as it does not violate my stated boundaries or paint my art in a problematic context.
≫ My artwork may not be used for AI training, NFTs, or any crypto-related purposes.

≫ By choosing to commission me, you are confirming that you have read and agree to my TOS.
