COMMUNITY RULES
Hey Embedded enthusiast,
We Believe “Knowledge sharing is caring.”
This is a community that will have a pool of talents of different age groups, different careers, and fields who are all united by the Embedded system, electronics, and IoT.
We are going to help each other and grow. In order to maintain the decorum and sanity in the group, the members are obliged to follow the below rules. Kindly make a note of the following community rules before getting started.
Do’s:
1. Start your Journey by Introducing yourself.
2. You can post anything related to Embedded systems, Hardware, IoT, and Computer Architecture which may be of any of the following media:
2.1 Blog posts, DIY articles, technological articles.
2.2 Memes ( yes of course you read it right).
2.3 Forum convo archives.
2.4 Images or Videos
2.5 Youtube or other video links and MOOC course links and suggestions.
2.6 Github/Gitlab kind of repo links.
3. Seeking help in the mentioned domains (bulletin 2).
4. Technological breakthroughs are expressed in any of the mentioned media (bulletin 2.x).
5. If you are sharing a link, please explain why you are sharing it and how it will be useful. Random sharing of links isn't allowed.
6. If you are unsure about what you can share in the group feel free to ask the admins.
7. Feel everyone as equal and respect each other and move the conversation constructively.
8. Confine your queries in one or two messages instead of being splitting into multiple messages.
9. If you wish to share your code use Pastebin tool.
Don’ts:
1. Cannot Message group members directly without their permission or referral.
2. Posts with the same content cannot be shared more than once in a week.
3. Any kind of post apart from the above-mentioned posts is not allowed.
5. Random images/videos/links/broadcasts/forwards NOT ALLOWED.
6. Discussions around politics/sex/religion/love any other thing which might hurt other community members is NOT ALLOWED.
7. Any kind of marketing/promotional posts is NOT ALLOWED.
8. Foul language/obscene pictures trying to disrupt the culture: Straightaway BLOCKED.
9. Any kind of special occasion messages are NOT ALLOWED as it may trigger a chain of messages which may spam the other members.
10. Use of any other language other than ENGLISH is NOT ALLOWED.
11. No promotions or advertisements are welcomed.
NOTE: First Two times WARNING and Third-time REMOVAL for any of the DONT`S.
