• A card on file is required to book an appointment
• Cards on file are used for cancellations, no shows, or policy related fees.
• Other accepted payment methods at checkout include tap or insert cards (including Apple Pay), cash, and Venmo
Notice Requirement
• A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule without a fee
Fees
• 50% of the service cost for cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice
• 100% charged for no shows or same day cancellations
• If you are sick, please notify me as soon as possible on the day of your appointment. Fees may still apply
• Please notify me if you are running late
• Arriving 10 minutes or more late may require shortening or rescheduling your appointment, not receiving nail art or skipping the lotion and light hand massage.
• If rescheduling occurs due to lateness, 100% of the service cost will be charged

Inspiration Requirements
• All nail art inspiration must be sent no later than 48 hours before your appointment.
• Inspiration can include photos, edited images, circled nails, or a simple description of your idea.
• If inspiration is not sent ahead of time, an exact recreation may not be possible.
Changes and Add Ons
• If you decide to remove nail art from your appointment, you must notify me at least 72 hours in advance
• Changes made after that window will still be charged for the originally scheduled art
• If you would like to add or upgrade nail art to an appointment that did not originally include it, please notify me within that same 72 hour window and include inspiration photos
I will do my best to accommodate additions when possible, but availability is not guaranteed
• Limited after hours appointments are available on select days and times
• Please ask when booking if you are interested.
• An additional fee of $20 to $30 applies depending on availability
• No after hours appointments are available on Mondays or Tuesdays
• No pets are allowed in the studio. If you arrive with a pet, your appointment will be forfeited and charged 100% of the service cost. Certified service animals only.
• No additional guests or children are allowed unless previously discussed. Children must remain in the designated waiting area in the hall.
• Model appointments are discounted, but all policies still apply
• Last minute service changes are not guaranteed
• Emergencies will be considered, but cancellation fees may still apply
